Electrical wires, outlets, appliances, holiday tree lights, etc.
Fans - especially ceiling fans
Long ropes and strings birds can become tangled in
Ferrets, dogs, cats, larger birds, etc

Open water sources : dish pans, toilet bowls, fish tanks, etc.
Hot stoves, boiling Water, fireplaces, hot glue guns, etc.
Open windows and doors
Closed windows and mirrors
Being stepped on while strolling on the floor or being crushed when exploring behing cushions, in piles of clothes, under bedcovers, etc. NEVER sleep with your bird. Make sure it (and you) nap while it is in its own cage.
